Our unique hornwood core on gradually tapered carbon fiber shafts. We’re only making a small batch of these – very limited edition.
These were made from some ten year old KH1 hornwood mallets that were off spec. They somehow missed a step in the CNC process and came out a little less convex than the program was supposed to cut. However, they are extremely well made and have turned out to be excellent timpani mallet heads for a wood stick.
