1. Drum hoop: Electroplated and stretched, made from a single sheet of cold-punched semi-circular arc hoop (the only design in China, the drum hoop and drum accessories are made of high-hardness, high-strength 3mm cold-rolled carbon steel plate). The shape of the drum hoop also facilitates hand striking the drumhead. Each tuning screw hole on the hoop is designed with a reinforcing rib, increasing strength while reducing the weight of the original hoop.
2. Drum lugs: The only design in China, with tuning nuts embedded within, formed by stretching 3mm high-carbon steel plate.
3. Drum shell: Made from quality domestic ash, Ailanthus, and mulberry wood aged for over two years. After sixty days of high-temperature kiln drying, two pieces of wood are bonded using a special process of high-temperature setting and rebound, and the drum shell can only be formed after the wood stress is completely eliminated.
4. Paint: The surface is coated with an alkyd transitional color baked enamel independently formulated by the company. The surface is smooth, delicate, beautiful, and economical. 6. Drumheads: Hand-selected extra-thick buffalo hide drumheads (2.5-3mm thick), each drumhead is carefully trimmed and installed by hand with a planer. The high notes are crisp and joyful, solid and powerful, while the bass is deep, rich, and robust. These drumheads are all made from large buffalo hides, without any chemicals, and processed by hand to create pure natural drumheads. They are less affected by changes in humidity or dry climates, maintaining the drum's optimal sound quality for a long time. Their sizes are 217cm, 256cm, 291cm, 335cm, 375cm.
5. Shell Models: 17cm*28, 20.5cm*29, 24.5*32cm, 28.5cm*33, 32.5cm*35. The drum stand has an adjustable height of 80-95cm, with a 360° electroplated triangular single stand.
