1. Tension Hoop: Sprayed and stretched, whole-plate cold-stamped semi-circular tension hoop (unique design in China, the drum hoop and components are made of high-hardness, high-strength 3mm cold carbon steel plate). The shape of the tension hoop also facilitates striking the drumhead by hand. Each tuning screw hole on the tension hoop is designed with a shaped reinforcement rib, increasing strength while reducing the weight of the original hoop.
2. Drum Lug: Unique design in China, with tuning nuts embedded, formed by stretching a 3mm high-carbon steel plate.
3. Drum Shell: Made from high-quality domestic ash, Ailanthus, and mulberry wood materials, aged for over two years. After sixty days of high-temperature kiln drying, two pieces of wood are bonded using a special high-temperature sizing and rebound process. The drum shell can only be formed after the wood's internal stress is completely eliminated.
4. Paint: The surface is coated with an alkyd transitional color baked paint, custom-mixed by our company. The surface is smooth, delicate, aesthetically pleasing, and cost-effective.
5. Drumhead: Hand-selected thickened buffalo hide (2.5-3mm thick). Each drumhead is carefully hand-trimmed with a planer during installation. The treble is clear and joyful, firm and powerful, while the bass is deep, rich, and robust. These drumheads are all made from large buffalo hides, without any chemicals, and processed by hand to be purely natural. They are less affected by damp or dry climates, maintaining optimal drum sound for a long time. Available sizes are 217cm, 256cm, 291cm, 335cm, 375cm.
6. Shell
Models: 17cm*28, 20.5cm*29, 24.5*32cm, 28.5cm*33, 32.5cm*35. The drum stand has an adjustable height of 80-95cm, with a 360° plated triangular single stand.
