Hoop: Electroplated stretched, integrally cold-stamped semi-circular hoopo (unique design in China, the hoop and its accessories are made of high-hardness, high-strength 3mm cold-rolled carbon steel plate). The hoop's shape also facilitates hand striking. Each tuning screw hole on the hoop is designed with a reinforcing rib, which increases strength while reducing the original hoop's weight.
2. Lug: Unique design in China, with tuning nuts embedded, formed by stretching 3mm high-carbon steel plate.
3. Shell: Made from high-quality domestic ash, Ailanthus, and mulberry wood aged for over two years. After sixty days of high-temperature kiln drying, two pieces of wood are bonded using a special high-temperature setting and rebounding process, allowing the shell to be formed only after all wood stress has been completely eliminated.
4. Paint: The surface is coated with the company's self-formulated alkyd transitional color baked paint. The surface is smooth, delicate, beautiful, and cost-effective. 6. Drumhead: The drumhead is made of carefully selected thickened buffalo hide (2.5-3mm thick), and each drumhead is meticulously trimmed and installed by hand with a planer. The high notes are crisp and joyful, firm and powerful, while the bass is deep, rich, and strong. These drumheads are all made from large buffalo hides, without any chemicals, and are purely natural, handcrafted drumheads. They are less affected by humidity or dry climates, maintaining the drum's optimal sound quality for a long time. Their sizes are 217cm, 256cm, 291cm, 335cm, and 375cm.
5. Shell Models: 17cm*28, 20.5cm*29, 24.5*32cm, 28.5cm*33, 32.5cm*35. The drum stand has an adjustable height of 80-95cm, with a 360° electroplated triangular single-body stand.
